Take Care of Yourself

If you are like most people who are taking care of a loved one, some how you forget to take care of yourself. However taking care of yourself is essential, if you want to be healthy enough to take care of others. Taking care of yourself means eating right, exercising, getting the proper amount of sleep and keeping up with your own schedule appointment and lesiure activities. Taking care of your self also mean tending to your emotional needs, taking breaks from caregiving and nuturing the other realtionships in your life. Please share your comments.
